This new summer series blends classical ballet technique with restorative movement and dynamic conditioning. Each one-hour class is split into two parts:

​

Form: The first half focuses on ballet fundamentals - barre work, center combinations, and expressive choreography - building strength, precision, and artistry.

​

Flow: The second half shifts into mobility, yoga-inspired stretching, and dance-specific conditioning to support flexibility, control, and recovery

You may sign up for the full session or book dates individually 

​

Full Session: $80

Single Class: $12 per class

​

*If booking multiple "single classes", you will need to add them one at a time. Add one to your cart and then select the single class option again to add additional dates. You can add as many as you like before checking out*
